About FERA
FERA is a recreation association made up of five condominium communities, which include all residents/owners of Foxwood Crossing, Foxwood II, Foxbridge, Foxbridge Village, and Woodland Hills.
FERA property includes the clubhouse, (road leading to clubhouse) 100 Hemlock Road, the grounds around the clubhouse, pool, bathhouse, garage, playground, and basketball court. $53.00 of your common charges fund FERA at this time.
FERA holds monthly meetings usually on the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm at the clubhouse. Please contact your representative or the FERA phone line (203-488-3757) if you would like to attend a meeting.
